Reeve, inside your AI assistant.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and more to your Reeve account. Ask about live jobs, quotes and compliance, raise new work, and look up how Reeve works, all from the chat you already use.

Which jobs at 79 Clerkenwell Road are still waiting on a quote?

  1. reeve · whoamiNorthbank Estates
  2. reeve · graphql_queryworkOrders · awaiting quote

Three jobs there are waiting on a quote:

  • AHU filter changeQuote due Thu
  • Leaking cistern, 3rd floorQuote due Fri
  • Fire door closer1 day overdue

Want me to chase the overdue one?

Three steps, once.

  1. 01

    Add the address

Paste the Reeve server URL into your assistant, or run one command in a terminal.

  2. 02

    Sign in with Reeve

A browser window opens. Sign in to Reeve as you normally do and approve access.

  3. 03

    Ask

Your assistant now works from your live Reeve account, with the access you already have.

Pick your assistant.

Reeve isn’t in the assistants’ connector directories yet, so for now you add it by its address. It takes about a minute.

Claude

claude.ai and the desktop app

  1. Open your connector settings and add a custom connector.

    CustomizeConnectorsAddAdd custom connector

  2. Name it Reeve, paste the server URL and select Add.

    URL
    https://api.reeve.fm/mcp
  3. Select Connect. Sign in to Reeve in the window that opens and approve access.

  4. In a chat, turn Reeve on from the tools menu and ask away.

Works on every Claude plan. Free plans can add one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds Reeve once, under Organisation settings then Connectors, and each person then connects their own Reeve account.

Your estate, one question away.

Property managers, service partners and occupants each get what their Reeve account already lets them see and do. Nothing more.

  • Ask about live work

Jobs, work orders, quotes, compliance and assets, read live from your account.

“What’s overdue across my buildings this week?”

  • Raise and update work

Report a problem or move work on, through the actions Reeve allows for assistants.

“Log a leak in the 2nd floor kitchen at Clerkenwell Road.”

  • Attach files

Send photos, certificates and documents straight from your chat or your computer.

“Upload these gas safety certificates to the right sites.”

  • Look up how Reeve works

Your assistant can read Reeve’s own guides before it answers or acts.

“How does quote approval work for my organisation?”

  • Switch organisation

Work across every organisation your account belongs to, one at a time.

    “Switch to Northbank Estates.”

  • Build reports

Pull records together and let your assistant summarise, chart or export them.

“Summarise reactive spend by building for last quarter.”

Safe by default.

The assistant acts as you, inside the limits you already have. It can’t see another customer’s data or skip a permission.

  • Your sign-in, not a shared key

You connect with your own Reeve account through OAuth. Your password never reaches the assistant.

  • Only what you can already see

Every answer is limited to your organisation and your role, with the same checks as the Reeve app.

  • Changes are opt-in

Assistants can only make changes Reeve has explicitly allowed. Everything else is blocked.

  • Short-lived access

Access tokens expire after an hour. Remove the connector from your assistant to disconnect it.

Good to know.

Why isn’t Reeve in my assistant’s app directory?

We haven’t listed it yet. Until we do, add it by its address using the steps above. It works the same way once connected.

Who can use it?

Anyone with a Reeve account: property managers, service partners and occupants. You see the same things you would in the Reeve app.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

It depends on the assistant. Some only allow custom connectors on paid plans, and some workspace plans need an admin to allow them. Check the notes under each assistant above.

My assistant only supports local servers.

Use the mcp-remote bridge under “Any other client”. It runs on your computer, connects to Reeve and handles the sign-in.

It says I’m not signed in, or the sign-in loops.

Remove the Reeve connector, add it again and complete the sign-in in the browser window it opens. If your account belongs to more than one organisation, ask your assistant to switch to the right one.

Can the assistant delete things?

Only if Reeve has allowed that action for assistants, and only where your own account could. Destructive actions are blocked by default.

Not on Reeve yet?
