£250 a month

A monthly retainer for our best-fit Pros, kept as long as you:

  • Meet these response times on the jobs you accept
  • Attend planned visits on the agreed day

Miss one and you lose that month’s retainer.

Onboarding

What we need from you.

Once we’ve spoken and agreed it’s a fit, please send:

An operative checking a fire extinguisher
  • InsuranceYour public liability insurance certificate, and employer’s liability if you employ staff.
  • Your teamThe name of each person who’d do the work, with their qualifications or tickets (for example Gas Safe, NICEIC or Part P, asbestos awareness, working at height).
  • Areas you coverThe towns or postcodes you work in.
  • Your ratesYour standard hourly and day rates, ex VAT.
  • Company detailsYour company name and number, or that you’re a sole trader.
