FAQs

I already have contractors I trust. What happens to them?

Keep them. We work with your existing suppliers and show you how they’re performing, so every decision about them is yours, backed by evidence.

How long does it take to go live?

You can book reactive and scheduled jobs from day one. Full compliance onboarding takes about six weeks, and you’ll go live with a completely green board.

Is the gap analysis confidential?

Yes. It’s for you, and only you. Wherever you’re starting from, the most important thing is having a plan, and the report gives you one.

Are you a CAFM system?

A CAFM is a system you run. Reeve runs it for you. You get the jobs, quotes, certificates and reporting in one place, plus the people who get the work done.

Are you a contractor?

Sometimes. We do some work ourselves where it makes sense: handyman, plumbing, light electrical and HVAC servicing. We’ll always offer to help, but you decide who does the job. We give you transparent, neutral quotes, and if we’re not the best option, you’ll be able to tell.

Are you a quotes marketplace?

No. We deliver quoted work with a tight scope that we own, from trusted suppliers only. And we own the outcome from start to finish, so you’re never left chasing a contractor yourself.

What don’t you do?

Your accounts. But you will get a live ledger of everything you spend.

Where do you operate?

Across the UK.

How do you make money if the platform’s free?

Two ways. We deliver some services ourselves, and we charge a coordination fee of 5 to 10% when we subcontract through our network. We never charge you for using your own suppliers.

How do I know your network will do a good job?

If they don’t, we’ll make sure it’s put right, or cover the cost of someone else doing it.
